I paid 846.60 for services and I spoke to a guy that said his name was Shawn, another name John the next day but when I went to make payment he stated his name was Barry biddle.I have called these guys for 3 1/2 weeks straight everyday for hour on th hour all day I left over 50 emails, calls, and voice mails and have not received a call back ,or email. I Requested a refund and was denied my money back several times when I was told he guaranteed me I would get a refund if I didnt receive what was promised. I went through the method I paid from to request my 846.60 back and he declined soon as he declined I requested again this went on for about 6 rounds which left me a record that he respond that quickly to the money portion and that I had a record to prove I requested a refund.
i then decided to give them a call from another number and they picked up! When I spoke to the guy I told him who I was and he lied about his name when I confronted him he got off the phone and hasn't answered againhe hung up

I filed a dispute with my bank. I provided them with contract we signed with money back guarantee, I provided all email correspondences to and from them, I showed where I requested my money back through the square cash and he kept denying it showing a record thatI asked for my money back and he was refusing soon as I make the request and my bank refunded me. Yes it's a scam or they would've lived up to their promise and contract!!!

It didn't take long for this company to revert back to being a total scam. I think the person who posted about the company being under new ownership is a liar and is apart of the scam.

Just Wanted To share that I found out that the Company was sold and taken over April 1st of this year 2017. I was a previous client of I power and called because I was upset. The New owners or there staff that helped me were very nice and understanding and help me get back on track with a previous package I had started and also helped me get my money back... I would reccomend giving them a chance on helping you !!!!! Thanks Ipower for the help !!!!! I will forever be grateful....
