I have an account with ipowerweb.com for hosting my webpage. I paid for a 2yr service, however it has not expired, and they started to charge another 166.00 dollars - this is wrong! I have not had time to file a report. I emailed them and asked why the charge of 166 dollars, they replied, "we refunded $5 already". What is the meaning of this, they dont even speak proper english... I will fight for this matter. I hate crooks!
