ireel.com ireel ireel dot com Stole $80 Internet, Other

This happened around Nov. 4, 2010 and now it is Dec. 10, 2010 so I don't clearly remember what happened, what the terms and conditions were, but there are other reports on this website.

Signed up for a free trial, I should have cancelled it right away, I THOUGHT I did (no proof with email).  I was charged twice, in Nov and Dec, so roughly $80.

Called my credit card company twice, they said they could not dispute the charges, and they went to ireel.com and read me the terms and conditions.  I am so pissed.  I told them everything, that I didn't authorize the charges, that the company is listed for fraud on ripoffreport.com and other sites, that I did not purchase or receive any service, talked to a manager, and I even asked for a Federal Regulation E form someone else suggested -- they had a response for everything.  I was ripped off of $80 and right now my CC company is offering NO help.

I have no way to prove the circumstances under which I signed up (the manager asked me for a screen cap hahaha, like anyone would do that) or if I actually cancelled (other people have reported CANCELING but the site still charged them), or anything.  I will be calling my CC card company again monday with some legal backup after I search the web for some solutions.

I cannot believe this happened, I am not the type of person to sign up for scam sites.  If this happened to you please write a report on it.  I'm up for any suggestions, class-action lawsuits, or anything.
