iRelocation Worst Leads in the Auto Transport Industry Chandler AZ

 Bill Avrich has a felony record with Miami Dade County (Miami, FL). Read his Yelp and ((((REDACTED))) reviews. Don't believe me.

First off, let me preface my comment with a fact: whoever published this slanderous and defamatory complaint is an IDIOT.

My name is Bill Avrich and I am the President and CEO of Transport Connection. My reviews DESTROY those over EVERY other comapny's on Transport Reviews and I NEVER post any lead without a signed contract and an upfront credit card deposit.

Irelocation (Irelo) leads have been more productive for my business than ANY other lead provider's leads that I have tried in the past.

Vinnie and Jinx Smith, as well as Travis (my sales rep at Irelo) are the BEST.

Don't believe a single word published by the MORON who filed this complaint.

I've been using iRelocation for many many years.  Don't believe everything you read on the internet.  iRelocation is a family run business and. you couldn't work with nicer people.  Whoever posted this review (probably a competitor) is way off the mark with this nasty review.  It's totally false.

One special note: Brokers that post every lead on Central Dispatch - those are brokers that don't know how to sell. They have to pay extra to post more cars on the board.  If you are a consumer you are paying more to go through one of those brokers.  The lead provider has nothing to do with that action.  That is the broker that is abusing the dispatch board and pissing off truck drivers.  Can you imagine how a truck driver feels when he sees the same car posted on the dispatch board 5 times? That is not the lead providers fault... that's the nasty broker that violates the dispatch board rules posting without a contract. 

Vinne - Jinx and the staff at iRelocation are top notch.  Don't believe this totally fake review posted by someone too scared to post a review and put their name on it.  Stand behind your nasty review and post your name with your complaint.  Show proof!

I strongly believe this review was posted by a competitor trying to break into the auto transport lead market as a lead provider and the posted the review thinking it would help them grow their business. 

Brokers know who the leader is in the auto transport lead industry.  You will be hard pressed to find any other complaint anywhere on the internet.  Don't believe this idiots review. 

If a broker did post this review they probably just never took a sales course and they have no idea how to work in this industry.

We truly apologize if you were dissatisfied with the quality of our leads and/or the service we provided.  irelo has been in the lead generation/distribution business for almost 20 years and have hundreds of reputable, satisfied Auto Transport, Moving, Security and Medical Alert companies which we sell leads to.  Having owned an auto transport company prior to owning irelo, we understand the need for quality leads and how to generate the highest quality leads possible.

Our promise to our clients is to sell quality leads and we have done just that.  We pride ourselves on client satisfaction and making sure our clients understand their satisfaction is key to our success as well as their own.  We have a lenient cancellation policy and strive to make things right with clients who feel they have received less than quality leads.  We do constant "lead testing" of our current clients to insure the quality.  We have discontinued our relationship with several companies who did not meet our quality of professionalism with regard to selling leads.  We do monitor the distribution of leads per our Terms and Conditions and we have upheld our promise to our clients.

I would love the opportunity to discuss this further to see if there is a way it can be resolved amicably.
