Isao Tea Lauren Anthony Consultant Scam Artist,company took my money on March 2,2015. haven't received the product or refund after repeated request Nationwide

I placed an order for IASO TEA on March 2,2015, as of date I have not received the product or a refund.  I have reached out to the consultant on numerous occasionally only to bring blown off. I received a message through Facebook from the consultant directing me to email the company directly to request a refund.  When I sent an email,  there was an automate response telling me that they are backed up in orders and they would get to the refunds within 5 to 7 days. After multiple emails,  I began to realize that this was not an actual person replying but an automated messeage. I then reached out to the consultant to ask her to advise another option. She has yet to reply. I am completely outraged over the blatant disregard to my request. I don't know it I'll ever get my refund or if they will make fraudulent charges on my account because they do have my credit card information.  I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company.
