ISIS-COSMECEUTICALS SAYS IT SHIPPED OUT MY PURCHASE WITH TRACKING DETAILS BUT ALSO AN EMAIL OF REFUND FOR THE SHIPPED ITEMS SOUTH HOLLAND Illinois

Hi to all Readers,

 I had placed an order for the following with Isis-Cosmeceuticals on the 18th October 2015.

1x Pueraria Mirifica Extract - 2oz. for $29.99 each 
1x Chamomile & Honey Eye Drops (kit) for $69.99 each 
1x RGRG Scalp Oil - 2oz. for $44.99 each 



Subtotal  : $144.97 USD
Shipping  : $35.53 USD
Total     : $180.50 USD

Paid for everything using my Mastercard and received an invoice for it. Order #(((redacted)))

I had wanted to check how long would the items take to be delivered to Singapore from the States therefore headed to the Shipping Policy page, but didnt' chance upon anything that gave a gauge.

Dropped them a formal and polite email and received a very abrupt reply.
I let that pass and in the screenshots that follow, you will realise that it is the fault of the Isis-Cosmeceutical team for not updating their Shipping & Policy Page in a timely fashion.

On the 20th October 2015, i received an email from Isis-Cosmeceuticals that stated the following:

All of the items from order #(((redacted))) have now been shipped:

1x Pueraria Mirifica Extract - 2oz.

1x Chamomile & Honey Eye Drops (kit)

1x RGRG Scalp Oil - 2oz.

 
They are being shipped via USPS to the following address:

For shipping status on these items:

I let a day pass so that the tracking details would be updated on USPS official site.

Much to my disappointment and shock, i just received an email from them not too long ago that states the following:

Dear TASHA DARSHEN,

isis-cosmeceuticals.com has refunded your order #(((redacted))) a total of $135.51 USD for:

1. 1x Pueraria Mirifica Extract - 2oz.
2. 1x Chamomile & Honey Eye Drops (kit)
   
   
   No Explaination was provided as to why the items are even being refunded.
   Moreover, since i had not checked out with Paypal, and not provided any bank details toe facilitate the refund, I don't see how are they going to possibly make a refund to me.
   
   Not only that, earlier on in this complaint - you will learn that
   
   

1. 1x Pueraria Mirifica Extract - 2oz. for $29.99 each
2. 1x Chamomile & Honey Eye Drops (kit) for $69.99 each

This totals up to $99.98. But the refund amount stated is $135.51 USD.
It only will sum up to $135.51 USD if the following is done:

1. 1x Pueraria Mirifica Extract - 2oz. for $29.99 each
2. 1x Chamomile & Honey Eye Drops (kit) for $69.99 each

Sub Total: $99.98 USD
Shipping: $35.53 USD

Total: $135.51 USD

But i had purchased 3 items, if two are to be refunded, there is still one item pending which happens to be  1x RGRG Scalp Oil - 2oz. for $44.99 each.

They're that generous to ship that item for free?


I have sent them an email that reads:

I was sent this email just yesterday for the items that i purchased and confirmed that it has been shipped out.

Now the team tells me you're refunding me for the Scalp Oil and the Honey Eye Drops?

Explain this please.
