Gesh, where do I begin. I was looking for some effective skin lightening cream (because my knees are darker than my legs) so I decided to order from this company. The website seemed professional and legit so I decided to order. I placed an order for the 20% hydroquinone and my total was approximately $70. I sent them an email about 48hours later asking when my item would ship. My email was ignored.
This company is unprofessional, doesn't care about customers. And quite frankly their product isn't even worth the hassle with them.
BEWARE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASHY COMPANY.

Hello Ms. T***** D***,
It would have been nice if you had posted the entire “unedited” correspondence, so everyone that reads this can see how nasty, rude, and disrespectful you were to our staff. Yes, that was a response from one of our staff after having endured your, many, abusive messages. I can't completely condone the response, but what human being can sit while being spoken to like an animal for so long.
As far as unprofessionalism is concerned, people like you enjoy treating employees (of businesses you frequent) like they are “trash”, and if they are anything but subservient you deem them as being unprofessional.
As far as our product is concerned, you have no right to review it since your order was cancelled/refunded and you have never used it. ALL of our products are 100% authentic and work very well. We have helped many people fade unsightly scars & discolorations, renewing their self-esteem. We receive messages everyday THANKING us for this.
You also have no right to list our company on “Rip Off Report” as we haven’t ripped anyone off for anything. You received a refund for your cancelled order, so how on earth were you ripped off? It is amazing that you would treat our staff so cruel, then write this negative review on rip off report. I won’t further entertain the rantings of someone that needs anger management, but I will say this. The universe always delivers justice, and it’s called Karma. I hope you get help, have a blessed day Ms. D***.
