ISTA North America 2 Bedroom 1 Bath=Really High Charges Alpharetta, Georgia

We live in a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. We moved in April 2nd 2011 and we have been charged relatively the same amount each month. Which makes me wonder if we are being charged by meter or if it is controlled?

We have been charged Admin Fee W/S (water/sewer) $4.00 Admin Fee Trash $0.25. Trash Service is $11.52 each time. Water & Sewer Service has been going up a few dollars each month. And if payment is late there is a $5.00 Late Fee charge. Not to mention if you pay online there's a $2.90 fee.

If so many people are complaining (and I know a lot are in these condo's) why is ISTA still in business? Isn't there a local utilities service that can replace them? ISTA North America is NOT BBB Accredited. 

Our energy bill is not even that high. We pay so much money to ISTA every month, rent here is hard enough to get, let alone SDG&E (electric bill) & ISTA.
