If you are thinking about investing in It Works Global PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T DO IT! Their products are wonderful but customer service is terrible. I was a distributor for less than 2 months and had nothing but problems! I cancelled my autoship and they charged my card $110 and shipped it out anyway! When I called to tell them they made a mistake, I was told there is nothing they can do! Prior to this several of my customers had complained. One even got phishing phone calls after she made purchases through the website! Take my advice and use one of the other systems out there. The It Works body wrap is no longer exclusive. Several wraps exist and almost all of them have better reviews than It Works! If you're thinking about being a distributor or signing up as a loyal customer, I urge you to get a prepaid debit card so that you can control when the money is there and when it's not. DO NOT give them your banking info!

Untrue and bad advice

This report contains untruths and bad advice. They do not make outgoing calls unless it is requested and only for special circumstances. The company especially does not make sales calls of any sort. If your customers received any calls, they were probably from your upline - the distributors you signed under - to provide individualized customer service.
You mentioned that you cancelled your autoship. Did you do so online or by phone? Either way, you should have received a confirmation number and email. If you can confirm that you were incorrectly charged, the company will refund you for the mistake. If you cancelled your autoship after the order was already placed, you can still return it for a refund. There is always something that can be done.
It is true that if you sign up, you can use a prepaid card instead of your debit or credit. However, that is just bad advice, as they come with extra fees - even for declined transactions. Better advice would be to actually read and understand what you are signing up for before you hand over your information.
