As a contract Recruiter I accepted a position with IT & T Systems. I worked night and day from mid June 2008 to end August 2008.

I was dispatching technicians all over the US to positions that Jeff Filamonte had contracts with.

We were a GREAT TEAM! Unfortunatly End of August there were some payroll issues. Neither myself or my 10 or so Technicians were paid.

So due to this My technicians are extremely upset with me and wanting me to pay them. I wish i could but i do not have the thousands of dollars that is owed out to all of them.

Jeff did say that it was because he was ripped off from a payroll company. I replied that if he pays my techs, I will not press him for my own payment.

Now i am requesting that all my techs be paid in full before i remove this positing.

Well, Anon from Texas, you seem to be the EXCEPTION to the rule... he hasn't paid anyone ELSE...

This loser has owed me $900 for going on A YEAR NOW, and HE REFUSES TO PAY.
Maybe YOU can ASK HIM WHY??? if you think he's so great...

I SUED HIM AND WON and he STILL WON'T PAY UP! This isn't over yet!

Did he EVER give you ANY money before? He screwed me also. I had to sue him and the case is still pending. Complain to the vendor you actually did the jobs for (Nexicore, etc.). Enough complaints of non-payment will get them fired. It happened already with Nexicore.

Check out the small claims court and Massachusetts contractor laws. DO NOT waste your time waiting, he will NOT pay you if he can get away with it.

I have received emails from what I believe are all the techs involved. Terra if you could, please verify that this distro list includes everyone that I should be contacting. Also if the rest of you know anyone else that is involved please inform them and myself as to what is going on. I have invoices from many of you and from Terra. I would request that you send me an invoice yourself if you have not. Please include the work detail , a mailing address and a contact telephone number with the best time to speak with you. Of course include your name. I will be going over all of the details along with Jeff over the next few days. I would like to thank you all for your patients now and over the course of resolving this issue. I promise you that you will all receive what you have earned. NO ONE likes to work for FREE. I completely understand your positions and will work very hard to resolve this. As with any business venture as I am sure you all know there are ups and downs, Jeff's Company and its future like everything and everyone needs commitment from people that come through. Part of what happened with the company is promises that were made to us, did not materialize and payments that were due us did not come. Other issues such as parts not being returned on time or at all caused our payments to be shorted by 150% of the retail value of the part. ( PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY ???) All of these events combined trickled down where not only did the company suffer loss, everyone involved could have been affected also. We are not going to let this happen. We will make it right with all concerned. Like yourselves we are not people who are out to hurt anyone.. I hope I have not babbled on , I just wanted you to know a little about what happened and to tell you how I personally felt. Best regards to all. Thank you in advance.
