This is my fourth term at ITT and since my second quarter my financial aid as come to me on time. I've either received it at the end of the term, or worse over four months. I am VA Voc-Rehab so all my tuition, books, etc are paid 100%. All of my federal aid is refunded to me, or should I say not lately. The problem I've been having involves being given the runaround, the ever popular...avoid my phone calls and emails, being straight to my face lied too, and being handed some BS story as to why I have to prove all of my expenses due to some new government policy. However, I received letters from ITT with dates of disbursement of my funds and can even go to the NSLDS to see when the government disbursed it.  Not to mention they use the old "bait and hook" trap to get you into the school and then don't uphold to what they told you before.
