I ordered a new coat-tree from this company in mid-January; they received my check and it was cashed 1/16/2012. By mid-February, I'm wondering when my new coat tree ($46) was. I called their customer service and was told it had not left the warehouse yet. HUH??? I was assured that it would be on it's way soon.
A week later, I checked with them via email and was told that it would leave the warehouse that week. that was on 2/22/12. I cancelled the order, and received a confirmation of the cancellation on the 24th, and the email said that the refund check would be mailed to me.
March 6, I sent them an email - where is my refund?
March 9, I sent them an email - where is my refund?
I sent them an email on 3/11 - they have not responded.
So today - 3/13/12 - I called them and was told that my refund "would be processed this week". Furthermore, I was informed that they only process refunds "twice each month". NOWHERE IN ANY EMAIL DID ANYONE TELL ME THAT THEY ONLY PROCESS TWICE MONTHLY.
I would not recommend anyone purhasing anything from this sleazy outfit - if you're lucky to get it at all, and it's not what you thought you purchased, you'll wait forever to get refunded your money.

I just checked with BBB and within last 36 months there were over 200 resolved complaints and nearly 100 UNresolved complaints. Their site will not allow me to see the individual complaints, but there were 41 with "deilvery" alone! and 60+ with "refunds". My complaint falls into both categories.
So once again - I would NOT purchase anything from this company! I don't care if the BBB gave them an "A+" - they are sleazy characters!!
