I saw an ad with a women who did the free trail for whiter teeth. I decided to check it out boy did i "get it". First of all orginally when i went to the site the fine print did not appear now i see where i was suppose to review it.
That was my fault for being careless. I recieved the "free trial'" from Ivory Brites and I also recieved a "free trial" from advanced wellness (which i havent even opened untill today b/c i had been on vacation when it arrived). My bank contacted me about the charges, which right now equal $186.87. I have contacted the company and they tell me that my 15 days is up but they will cancell my order but can not refund the money. No where did i give permission for an order i gave permission for shipping charge of $4.99. on top of everything this Ivory Brite and Advanced Wellness are obviously the same company.
I still have not got an email confirmation cancelling what i supposely ordered, but i have closed that account.
i dont know about everyone else but in todays economy $186.87 is not an amount I am willing to pay for whiter teeth.

I to fell for the same scam. The lady lived in my town. I fell for the same thing then the charges came. I have been in contact with the florida attorney general's office. There is an open case. You do not have to live in florida to file a complaint.
Please call the florida attornay general @ 866-966-7226. You can also fill out a form on-line.
in your search bar type in florida attornay general.
on the left side look for consumer protection
then click on on-line complaint
fill out the form and click submit
