Ivory Smiles free teeth whiting trial Glendale California

On Jan.03,2009 I received an email to whiten my teeth.I ordered Ivory smiles trial. they billed my debt card $4.99 for shipping & handeling. Then my card was debited for another $1.00 insurance.Which there was a box to check for insurance, but I did not. Next,20 days later; I am charged $88.97 for something.

I called bank of America; I am informed you can't put a "stop payment" on a debit charge. The bank rep somehow finds their website/ email something & says :"Oh, yeah its in the small print." So,somehow the $ 88.97 is an authorized charge. So, lets see $ 88.97 + 35.00 OD, now. All on stuff I didn't want. $125.00.

So, I called the company. You can't talk to them. They give you an email address. First I couldn't get that to work, then did. Explained; I am disabled & raise my 8 yr. old grandson alone. That money was all we had to get groceries this month;"Thanks alot." your little trick stole the food, right off the table. They haven't acknowledged me with an answer.

I would like for more people to be informed of their scheme. Take legal action, if I could. Something needs to be done, so no one less is hurt.
