Ivory Smiles Unauthorized charges and rude customer service Glendale California

I requested the free trial of ivory smiles teeth whitening and paid about 6 dollars for shipping. I received the sample and went online that day to cancel my subcription. I noticed a charge of almost 90 dollars on my account from them and I promptly called Ivory Smiles. I told them that I had received the trial and cancelled and I wanted to be refunded the 90 dollars. That customer service rep hung up on me.

I called back and was hung up on a second time after I told the rep my problem. I called back again very angry and told them that I never received a one month supply and I wanted my money back and the rep kept telling me he had tracking numbers. I told him I would report their business to the BBB and he hung up. I called back a fourth time and a lady rep helped me with my refund after telling her my problem and my experiences with her fellow employees. This company is very unprofessional and runs a scam operation.
