I ordered a trial of Acai berries for $5.99 shipping & now my card has been debited for $88.97. I am having trouble finding any way of reaching this i win herbal. I am disputing this charge, but since it was already debited from my account, it will be a long time before I get my $$ back or IF I get it back.
After finding out about this, I called another company from whom I also ordered a "free trial" from and found out that I was signed as a member when I ordered my free trial so the same thing would have probably happened within a week or so.

acai still ripping off America & our banks are letting them

I cancelled my debit card after this scam & disputed the claim & was initially given my $ back, then this company who we are unable to reach contacted the bank & gave them information & the bank gave the money back to them!! I still have no way of reaching the company & was unable to return the product, but the bank accepted their information. Time for a new bank also.

Got my $$ back by canceling my card & disputing the claim with the bank. When I filled out the dispute papers I mentioned all the reports I was reading about on this site which I think helped my claim. That, and the fact that I couldn't reach the site via phone or email.

After being unable to contact this company via phone or email, I went to my bank, canceled my card & filed a dispute. I also advised the bank of the reports of others being scammed the same way. I had to order a new card, but I did at least get my $$ back. I also have 2 whole bottles of Acai berries which I have no use for since they did'nt work.
