Iwinherbal I ordered a trial whitener for 4.99 then they took 88.97 without my knowledge!!!!! Glendale California

I ordered a free trial of the colgate whitener and paid 4.99 for shipping and handling. No where did it state that I had to call or email them to cancel anything. When looking at my bank statement, there was a debit of $88.97 for iwinwhitening. I then proceeded to call the number that was listed on my bank statement for them to tell me that I had 14 days to call them back to cancel. That was never on the product when I ordered it. Then a Stephen Adkins told me that he could not cancel my order and I would have to do it by emailing them and he said that he would email their address within 2 minutes; 2 hours later, nothing!! Everytime I call back they just keep telling me that they will email me. When I call and ask for their address they want to know why and will not give it to me.
