Iwinherbal, Aciberry unauthorized account withdrawl Calabasas California

I received an advertizment for Acai Berry sample in the mail you just pay shipping and handling. That part was fine. But noticed that I was charged $88.97 from Iwinherbal. I did not authorize this charge. I called their # 4 seperat times was on hold aprox. 10 minutes very loud and anoying muisic. Twice I was hung up on. The 3rd time I called they rattled off an e-mail address so fast I had to call back to get it all. sent off the e-mail no respone. I then called my bank had to have a new card issued and fill out fradulant forms. I did notice that the charge on my bank statement is from Iwinherbal or I Win Herbal interesting.
