My story is about the same as all the others, I have read. I responded to a FREE SAMPLE ad. I thought I was to get the free sample only, and pay the s&h charges. I certainly was taken. Two weeks later, in checking my online statement, I had been debited $88.97 from my checking acct. I immediately called my bank. Then I called the so-called company. The person I talked to was very unprofessional, and told me that I should have read the terms and conditions. I did not see any terms and conditions on the ad, to which I responded. He told me this was a membership fee. I don't recall joining any thing. I asked him to put me through to his billing dept.,, and was told this is an internet only business, and that if I have questions, I should e-mail the Billing Dept. When I recieved an e-mail from this pro. scam artist, it had a link to the website, which had all of the terms and conditions, right there in plain view. Hmmm, wonder how I could have missed this before. The terms and conditions also have a refund policy, to which I responded with an e-mail. I was promised a refund of $34.99. I actually agreed to this, hoping that I could at least get a portion of my money back. What a joke. It did not post to my acct. I was checking my acct., for days after recieving his e-mail. I filed a dispute with my bank after all this frustration. I feel so violated. I am afraid, he may try to debit my acct. again, so I will be getting a different bank card. I will not give up on this, I intend to file a police report, and also report this co. to the Better Business Bureau.Beware this so-called free sample folks. It is a guaranteed RIP-OFF. My guess as to why he calls his co. , iwinwhitening, is because he is getting away with our MONEY. He wins. We cannot let this happen.

Hey Folks, I got my refund!. You need to keep after this guy. Do not let him get away with ripping you off! It took a few e-mails, but he finally responded when he knew I meant business. I wrote him several times demanding my money back. He sent back empty promises. I filed a dispute with my bank, and I informed him of this . He wrote back asking me to cancel the dispute, and he would refund my money. I responded that I was not at all sure, I could cancel this action, and certainly was not going to try, until I actually saw the refund posted to my acct. The next day, guess what, there is a credit to my acct. in the amount of $88.97!. This rip-off artist is very afraid of investigation!. People, keep after this guy! Let's not let him get away with ripping off anyone else. Goodluck to you all!. Be persistant, and do not only threaten him, follow through, and hopefully, you will get your refunds.
