This JBHunt Co. top officials probably do not know of all of the deceit and manipulations that us drivers have to tolerate. I was given wrong pick up and delivery ID numbers . I was given wrong times for pickup and delivery . I was set up with dispatch giving me a 5 stop load after picking up the load . I had to travel over 900 miles to reach stop number 1 ( I told dispatch that I would not be able to make it all of way because I would run out of hours of service the fleet manager said that was ok because he would re-power the load and that I would switch with another driver . would you believe that the other driver was not interested in getting the load to their destinations on time . he told me it will get there when it gets there. as a result of all of the stops being late it fell back on me according to the fleet manager and I WAS SET UP WITH 6 SERVICE FAILURE another time they gave me a delivery time of 08:15 when the actual delivery time was 20:15 here in lies the deceit this was a 2 part preplan the second part was pickup 112 miles away from that delivery and after i was unloaded i could not get to the next pick up in time so that becomes another service failure you see making me think that my delivery time was 08:15 caused me to rush and then because they lied i could not get unloaded and drive to the next stop on time. I have worked
in quality management for a long time . All of these practices are a clear sign
of corrupt manipulation. Investigations in due time will uncover the reasons why? I have 5 hard working friends that lost alot trying to succeed with this company. Frustrated , and emotionally drained , we all have turned our trucks back in . The funds that we had in different accounts they then seize from us
but they will tell you that you will get them back in 45 days. Many drivers are in need of a real good attorney. THE SPIN SHOULD STOP HERE

I'm a 25 y/o woman and I've learned in my 3 years of driving that the name of the game is "Cover your Butt." I've been driving long enough to know that, in order to CYB, you need to create some kind of valid record of what has transpired between you and management. A couple choices are the Qualcomm and tape recording (some cellphones are equipped with recorders). I've recently gone through this too and I've realized that if you put all of your correspondence on the Qualcomm, they cannot refute it. I, too, work for JB Hunt (and am recently looking for a more local position) and I recently ran out of hours. Subsequently, I couldn't make my 3 stop delivery for an account (that will remain anonymous) so I made this clear over the Qualcomm. If they would've tried to force dispatch me or give me a service failure, I could have easily had Safety pull my Qualcomm messages as proof of my plight. They pass the "failure buck" when it comes to service failures to lessen the service failure reports on their account(s). If it can be passed onto the driver, it justifies their attempt(s) to fire or relocate you within the company and it covers their you-know-what. So from now on, if you wish to continue your career as a driver anywhere, put everything on the Qualcomm immediately. Hope this helps.
