I bought a Ford Contour from JD Byrider on a 2 year financing with them, and the timing belt kept breaking. The first time I took it to be repaired, I asked them if I could borrow a car so I could get to work. I borrowed a Mercury Tracer. While in Byrider's shop, the timing belt broke on them. Finally, the manager asked me if I wanted to exchange for the Tracer, and and let him know I did, that I had a Tracer a few year ago, and I loved it. Little did I know that when they exchanged the payments to the Tracer, instead of me paying 2 years on the loan, they upped it to 3 years. So their "2 year financing" is a lie!! Not only did I pay a few months on the Ford, but then they ripped me off by adding another year on a car they exchanged me with

Did You READ Your Paperwork???

Although its not impossible, but I suspect they re-wrote your contract to reflect the change in car. Because there was a probable increased price for the different car, the credit terms had to be changed. Did you read it?
