J D Marvel Inc Ripoff artist, Scumbag, Financial Rapist of Senior Citizens, Mail Order Fraud, Thief, Dishonest consumer rip-off fraud dead beat only cares about himself dirty SOB's Champlain New York 12919

On April 12, 2003, I ordered 2 cuckoo clocks from J.D. Marvel, Inc. They were two for $25.00 with $9.90 shipping and handling. I ordered one for myself and the other one was going to be a birthday gift for someone special to me. On April 19th, 2003, my check was cashed. Today is June 19th, 2003, and I have NOT received either one of the cuckoo clocks. They have my money AND my merchandise.

I am a senior citizen. I live on a fixed income. $34.90 may not seem like much to most people, but it is a small fortune for me. I am very disappointed that scam artists like J.D. Marvel are allowed to steal from innocent people. SOMEthing MUST be done to stop him and those like him.

Is there ANYone out there who can help me get my money back?
