J.D. Marvel rip-off Cashed my check but did not send my product Champlain New York

I placed an order for TV Antennas in December. On January 21, 2003 my check was cashed. As of today's date, February 19, 2003, I have not received my merchandise. All attempts to contact the company by phone have failed. The first number I called was disconnected. The second number just rings no matter what time of day or night it is called.

I feel this company is deliberately cheating unsuspecting or first time purchasers out of their money. At this point, I do not want the antennas, I just want my money back. I have attempted to contact the company via mail and have still had no response. If there is a valid number to call I would gladly call it and speak with a LIVE person. I don't want a voice mail number or a bogus phone number. I just want the money I was cheated out of IMMEDIATELY.
