J.A. Cambece Law Office has been bothering me incessantly regarding an alleged old credit card debt. Several months ago the case went to the National Arbitration Forum and I won. I foolishly thought the matter was resolved as I did not hear anything else from them. However, today I received a notice that a civil arrest warrant has been issued for my arrest!

The letter refers to a default but I never received any notice to appear. Had I been being sued I certainly would have shown up and I know J.A. Cambece has my correct address so I am at a complete loss as to what this notice is referring to.

Any advice on what to do and/or what is going on would be greatly appreciated.
