Beware - JAANU Skin Care and JULO Eye Creme offer trial of the product for 30 days for $4.95.

What that actually means is you will receive what appears to be acceptable size bottle and jar of the promised items - but - days later you will find the $4.95 trial fee has turned into $174.50 deduction from your bank account for the 30-day supply. The $4.95 charge is for shipping only. 

When contacted the rep may tell you the company is so glad you tried their "amazing product and people worldwide love it...",  unfortunately, your trial/refund period has ended. But, if meeting certain conditions, you can receive a refund of most of your money - 40% - oh, and there will be a restocking fee of $14.95 as well.

The rep I spoke with said he would need to check with his supervisor as to what else they could offer while I waited on the line. Not on hold, just on the line. I could hear them discussing what to do and how best to handle the situation. The "supervisor" told him to tell me I could expect to see a full refund in 3-5 days depending on how quickly my bank processed the transaction. He also offered a refund confirmation number. We'll see what happens.

I do plan to return the unopened boxes of product to the company and if I do not have a full refund in 7 business days I will dial JAANU Skin Care and JULO Eye Creme at 800 930-7853 and start over. Only this time it will be following this word of warning to all women and the general public accompanied by a strongly worded email to the Federal Trade Commission.
