JAC Automotive Andrew Has money and refuses to answer my calls Sykesville Maryland

I found Andrew on craigslist, called him and let him know that I wanted him to replace my radiator, whiich he did do that, then a few weeks later I noticed that I might need a new transmission, I called Andrew, since he has previously worked on my car before, and he agreed to fix it. He later told me that the job would cost $540, for labor and a used transmission. He said that I would have to give him the $240 now so he can order the transmission and this was on Feb 25th. he said it will take a week for it to deliver. but now its March 17th . I was able to talk to him last week and ask him whats going on he said that he would come the next day and fix it himself and since then I haven't heard from him, he doesn't pick up his phone nor returns his call. I'm currently a college student, and that money is something I worked hard in earning. I really don't wanna take this further and report him for theft. So Andrew if you happen to read this please refund me the $240.00, I don't even want the transmission anymore.
