a and e service has been to my home for washer repair services three times in two weeks. replaced parts with refurb parts and still washer does no work. this is the same problem ihad before last year. lack of concern for my needs and now scheduled another week to check what parts are needed and then another scheduled service call. this is terrible service for the maint policy holder that is handicapped.
