They keep locking my account because someone keeps doing a password recovery for my account. I have emailed them several times and done several locked recoveries with the right infomation and they still won,t unlock it. I paid for 2 months membership and so far haven't been able to play for 15 days of this and have been told i won't get refunded either. Everytime i email them and explain who this person is that is hacking my account etc, i just get told do a locked account recovery. Its ridiculous, they don't seem to want to listen to anything i have to say. The are happy to take my money but not happy to listen when i try and email. I am very annoyed and customer service to be honest is a load of rubbish. This happens to alot of people and i think it is about time jagex listened to its members for once instead of fobbing them off all the time!!!!!

I do agree with you jagex and there service is a load of rubbish. i mean first of all there costumer support section of there webside is no good i remember every time i sent them a message they always responded like this.

Oh (Username) what ever your user name was and the said where sorry but we are un able to make a response to your letter at the present time or we will not be able to make an response to your letter now. or something like that.

and also there website is not as secure as they say it is i mean how is it people get hacked if they say its secure. i mean beleave it or not my brother got hacked by a keylogger once and we had to run adware se to get it off. and there was a time just recenty when my brother got hacked and jagex when he tried to appeal it they would not beleave him and they said that they had evidence that he was in control of his account.

I even tried useing the forms because they took there messageing system away and there's clearly no telephone number to call them. and it turns out the forms did'nt work out so good ether. i tryed e-mailing there superviser but that did'nt work ether still no resonse.

futher more just like you i am very disapointed in jagex and there service.

BANNED FOR HACKERS BLACK MARKS

My account has now been permanantly banned as the person who got into my account got me 10 black marks. In all the 4 yrs i have played i have never got any black marks yet they said i was in control of the account at the time but the reply is automated which is a complete farce. Four years of work and membership for nothing, jagex all you care about is the money not ur members. sad really.
