James B. Nutter Estate Settlement Ripoff Kansas City Missouri

 When my mother passed away, I found out her mortgage was held by James B Nutter. They at first would not talk to me about her mortgage as I wasn't listed on the account. Once I got her death certificate and faxed them the page from her will, showing that I am listed as executor, they then let me know that she was behind on payments. I scraped enough money together to make a payment. Then they finally got around to telling me that they required me to go through probate before I could sell the house. So, after I started that process, they refused to put the account on hold or give any kind of leeway. I am not rich and I have my own mortgage to pay on. They are now demanding 3 months of payments in order to keep the house from being foreclosed. Basically they are going to steal the house from the estate, so they can turn around and make more money as the house is worth twice what is still owed on the mortgage.
