My father has been harrassed for about the last 5 years to send money. he has already sent vast amounts of money! This James Carter (1-876-441-5495) just called my father on August 16th, 2012 telling him that he won 10.5 Millon.  Just send  $100 to Raymond Bitsche, 1610 NW 33rd St. Lawton, OK 73505.

James Carter tells dad that he is calling from Las Vegas.

My father does not have money - only social securtiy check.  Now my dad is calling family members to send money to these scam artists.  My dad called in a panic on 8-16 and 8-17 needing $100.00 to send to Oklahoma.  When I told dad no, he asked me to call James Carter.  That's how I got the number - checked it out - it's a Jamaica number.

Please Help stop this scam!
