On Oct. 16 2006 I and a friend attended a meeting at the Best Western in Punta Gorda Florida. It was by James Dicks Premiere Trade and all about trading Foreign currences. It was not conducted by James Dicks himself. James Dicks gave a convincing TV commercial on Sunday the day before on how easy it was to make money trading foreign currencies and said he would be conducting a meeting to describe the details the next day.
My 401K needed help so I attended the meeting. Approx. 25 people were there and the meeting lasted about an hour. This was a soft ware package to enable the Foreign Trade to be done on a computer. They said our money could be refunded within 10 days with no questions ask. They would refund the money shake our hand and wish us well if requested.
The next day I thought I was having a stroke and became very concerned about my ability to follow through with the program. I was advised to ask for the refund. I called Premiere Trade the next day and talked to a Dave ext. 152. Dave gave me a return number "RMA #14119570" and said it would take about a month. I have called numerous times since. I talked Dave, Frank, Rick, Stephen, Dr. Bob, Adam are examples and all I got was the runaround. "It's coming, Be Patient, We are short of help, refunds are backed up, etc."
I have written the Better Business Bureau and
they responded with a letter from Priemer Trade saying: I quote: "Please note this customer is entitled to a refund and will receive one shortly" Signed by Kelly from the billing department 2/20/07 What do they call shortly? I ask for the refund almost six months ago. It's a ripoff plain and simple.
I also contacted a lawyer, because I don't believe Premiere Trade will ever refund my money unless they are pressured.
This is a rip off and I advise everybody to be aware of Premiere Trade and not fall victim like I did.

In October 2006 I attended a seminar conducted by on of James Dicks' associates. It was about how to make money trading foriegn currencies. My friend and I listened to the whole thing for about an hour. We were told we could get a full refund with no questions ask just by calling them if we wished. They would refund our money shake our hand and wish us well.
My friend didn't sign up and I wish I hadn't signed up either. I was given an RMA # 14119570 I have called over 10 times and talked to a Dave, a Frank, a Stephen, a Doctor Bob, a Rick, and a man named Adam. Each call resulted in a runaround. They would say things like "It's coming, be patient, refunds are back up, some people are sick in the refund dept, etc."
This is a plain and simple RIPOFF. I contacted the Better Bussines Bureau who contacted Premiere Trade. Premiere trade answered with a note saying "This customer is entitled to a refund and will get one shortly."
SHORTLY that was two months ago and six months since my original refund was made last October 2006. WARNING; DO NOT DO BUSINESS! with Premiere Trade of anything connected with James Dicks. They will lie to you.
