James E. Kealey Roger J.Kealey/ Brother Real Estate SCAMS!!! Alpharetta, Georgia

Just ran across this post on Google, From a person who is very knowlegable with scams of Mr. Kealey, Everything said abt him was absolute truth.  he should have been serving for time fruad, there R court records in Cobb, Fulton, Gwinnette & numerous others, where that he has been sued over & over again, He lost his Real Estate. Lic due to Real Estate  scams he was running. He is a Cunning, Devious, sick little man.  Last time I heard of him, He was not doing so good.

What goes around comes around.    

 James E. Kealey has BEEN sued numerous Times, By Numerous People???  in Fulton, Cherokee, Cobb & Gwinett counties courts,  He has had restraining orders placed on him !!! This man is a pathological liar, has a typical short man syndrome.

He is a  CROOK!!  plain & simple,  his Ex wife!!!  had to call law enforcement on him for physical abuse??

has lost most of his ill gotten gains by foreclosure!! 

 I recently learned that you and my brother Jim had real estate dealings back about 8 years ago.  I have no problem with you two discussing on the internet your grievances, however, I have never met you, I have never even heard your name, and have never had any business or personal dealings with you.

That being the case, would you please be so kind as to remove my name from this post that you put up against my brother, which has absolutely nothing to do with me? While none of us are perfect, I strive everyday to be a person of integrity and was very saddened to see what you wrote about me (someone you have never met) online. 

 I would greatly appreciate you taking care of this matter for me asap.

Catherine Scanky posted this slanderish comment against me but offers NO facts or proof that any real estate "scam" has been perpetrated. If I was such a scam artist, how is it that I have NOT been sued nor arrested for all these alleged scams. Provide proof or shut the hell up!

 A very well known attorney, who represented one of his victims!!! stated (ANY TIME!!!)  james Kealey's  lips are moving  He is lying, Again do not trust this man with ANY Business tranaction, You will be sorry!!!  

These FALSE accusations by a former tenant (Catherine Diane R****, a.k.a Catherine P****, a.k.a. Catherine M****) are completely false. This former broke tenant that could NOT pay her monthly rent at a house I owner-financed for her and now she is very bitter for being evicted. After many NSF checks from Rogers-Pankey-Mitchell, I finally had enough and evicted her from one of my rental properties in Alpharetta. 

She could go on and on about me being a crook but the truth is I do NOT have one single judgment against me from any of my former tenants! That pretty much says it all. I am strongly considering suing R****-P****-M****l but it would be a complete waste of my time and my money as SHE IS TOTALLY BROKE! 

The only truth to get false accusations on this site is that I did lose my real estate license due to not including correct verbage in an advertisement stating that "owner is a liscense real estate agent". That is the only truth spoken in her defaming post. Sad that people can just post whatever they care to and people accept it as truth.
