Upon reading the report the other person made, I had to jump in!! I also had the misfortune of encountering this man, He is a Thief, pure & simple, This person James E. Kealey, is one of the most underhanded individuals, I have ever encountered, HE also represented his self to me as a realtor, I was extermely happy to hear he no longer has a Real Estate lic. I actually went on line and checked for myself. just to make sure!!
HE discredits the real Estate industry, he is disgrace to that profession, HE has a total disregard for the victims, he leaves in his wake.
I know for a fact that he has had numerous law suites and has been sued numerousa times even in the superior court of GA.
I was summoned to testify against him in the fulton county court system, in two different cases.
HE also caught the Attention of the GA Attorney Generals office.
He lives behind the gates of exclusive community of country Club of the south, HE has exteremly bad reptutation with the HOA & Security,
This community is also where that he has pulled some of his biggest & most fraudlent real Estate scams!!
I also see where he had forclosures on some of the properties he owned aka stole from other people!!
I have also seen him to buy properties from individuals close on the properties, never pay for the properities,
rent them & then let them go into forclosure in the original owners name, thus destroying their credit !!
Do not Trust this Man James E. Kealey under any circumstances YOU will be sorry.

First of all, I would like to state that this "site" truly lacks any and all credibility and is no different than someone writing someting on the wall in the men's or ladies room!
This recent posting is completely false and was posted by the same bitter person that previously posted these false allegations, she/he simply used a different name to post it.
These comments that were posted are not backed up by ANY FACTUAL INFORMATION WHAT SO EVER! If this TRANSGENDER she-male would post some VERIFYABLE EVIDENCE to support these claims then maybe it could be believable? Please list one single judgment against me by a former tenant that I supposedly ripped off?You can't, can you! NO is the answer. How about providing any criminal case against me for fraud? You can't because you are just slandering my good name due to being evicted from one of my rental properties for non-payment of rent!
Anybody reading this is intelligent to know that anybody can post anything on this "site" (and use a false name) and that it isn't worth spit without any FACTUAL EVIDENCE!
