This guy is good. Hired several of us from CL to get a tv show up and running in Denver, said he and his wife were moving from San Diego and would be here in 3 days. He knows his stuff! Contracts, salary promises, payroll, llc incorporation, all there and looks VERY legit. Even to an attorney! Said his investors were in place, needed us to get things going but we had to give him a 'deposit' (4 of us did, all different amounts) .. Worked hard for him creating documents, over 30, finding commercial location, worked with 2 seperste realtors, contacted at least 2 local investors (that i know of) and he was always 'delayed' in his arrival to Denver. His 'wife' noelle (he stated she was ex wife, but handling money), is his stupid accomplice. By stupid, I mean she blew the cover! She actually called one of us by mistake asking to talk to someone 'in there', meaning jail... And that's where it all fell in place.

 James Vincent, is in the lake havasu jail, on theft for non payment of a 600.00 hotel bill ! After 5 days there, being extradited to San Diego, to face charges there. Hopefully his next police escort will bring him to Denver. He went by the name Jimmie Vultaggio. I'm certain MORE victims are out there. He looks like a serial con artist to me, needs to be in prison. Noelle too! BEWARE!
