I had a terrible experience with this law firm and specifically the counsel that represented me, Jane Robertson. She was desinterested and made me feel uncomfortable when I had a question about my case. Her attitude was almost condescending and rarely was she proactive in reaching out to me. I almost feel I could have a done a better job representing myself. At the end of my case I was able to set a montly payment agreement. To my surprise they are charging me a interest rate of about 20%. This was never explained to me. Now the are hounding me about my final balance and when I have asked for a itimized bill they will only send me current statement. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS FIRM. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY and based on my investigations, I am not the only dissatisfied customer.
