Jared Shafers guardian Crimes.
My brother Chris fell under the guardianship of Las Vegas former public guardian Jared Shafer.  Im not a beneficiary and have no commercial interest in posting this report.  Unfortunately Chris left a disabled daughter who will live with the emptiness left by Jared Shafers criminal acts.

Mr. Shafer took over my brothers affairs in 2008 after Chris suffered a severe stroke. Chris lived In Henderson, which under Nevada law made it impossible for out of state family to bring him home to California for care.  We attempted to fight the Nevada system, but after 2 years of wasted attorneys fees decided to stop the battle.  Unfortunately this didnt help Chris.  Mr. Jared Shafer plundered Chriss $2,000,000 estate and after two years reduced the amount to less than $50,000.  During the time Jared Shafer was robbing my brother he and his assistant Patience Bristol refused to take our phone calls.  Mr. Shafer made it impossible to receive reports about Chriss condition. 

On September 15, 2012 Chris passed away, alone and broken in a substandard senior facility that we believe Jared Shafer has a personal interest.  I decided to obtain a list of families Jared Shafer was appointed by the Las Vegas Family Court to act as their private fiduciary or guardian.  After talking with 23 different families it became clear to me Mr. Shafer is a criminal who uses the court system as a vehicle for profit.  The following paragraph contains a list of crimes, which I collected after long discussions with the families this man has harmed.  The Internet has reports of Mr. Shafers wrong doing dating back to 1987. 
Jared Shafers crimes include: Fake papers, forged documents, bogus billing, lying witnesses, bribed judges, bought State legislators, coerced victims, extortion, blackmail, kidnapping, using a former public office to shake down disabled seniors, intimidation, harassment, breaking up families for profit, faked college degrees, theft of personal property, real estate fraud, bogus property short sales to cronies, securities fraud, using stolen senior money to acquire commercial property, embezzlement, comingling of trust accounts to create confusion, trust manipulation, fined in federal court for selling securities without a license, money laundering, obstruction of justice, falsely collecting a Clark County pension, double dipping, unnecessary delays to cover account theft, forcing attorneys to kick back legal fees to him, using health as an excuse to cover criminal actions, murdered seniors, neglected seniors placed in substandard facilities for profit, kick backs, slandered beneficiaries, libeled beneficiaries, false lawsuits, and all crimes adding up to broken lives.
 
Mr. Shafer threatens people if he believes they will reveal his crimes.  I live in Canada and have no money, which makes any judgment Jared Shafer and his criminals could obtain against me worthless as far as collection is concerned.  Jared Shafer you will learn it will be the poor people who will bring you down and reveal your crimes.  People who have nothing to lose by your threats.  Anyone who looks you up on the Internet will learn who you are and what you do.  Your dirty little secret is exposed for all to see.
