Jared The Galleria of Jewelry Wife purchased a ring for an emerald she received from her father. The stone was appraised at $4,000. The ring she purchased at $1,700 from Jared. In the 3 or 4 months after buying the ring we had to take it in to have it tightened on the stone 3 times. Finally the stone fell out. Luckily, she found the stone. We requested a refund from Jared's, but even the District Manager refused. The only offer was some other setting, but they’ve already tried 3 times to fix the first setting.
