Jared the Galleria of Jewelry Horrible Customer Service - Purchased a bad $3000 Watch! Englewood, Colorado

I purchased a $3000 omega watch from Jared's in October of 2010. This watch has had a number of issues with it, and has been sent back to Omega twice within a year, and both times Omega had the time piece for two months. The watch had to be sent back to Omega in November of 2011 and I got it back in January of 2012 for a date issue with the watch. It is not the beginning of March and I am having more date issues with the watch. I have had multiple issues with the watch and Jared's refuses to refund my money, give me store credit or replace the watch I spent $3000 on. Their customer service has been horrific, and their corporate office has washed their hands of this. They further manipulated my watch on 3/12/12 without a signed work order, and took it upon themselves to try to "repair" or troubleshoot the watch without my consent.
