I paid Jason Asbury $5,000 over several months to design a web site for my company... After a "disappearing act" that lasted several months, I finally got in touch with him.

He sobbed as he told me his sad story, and promised to finish the page and deliver. I was given "pictures" of the web site, with none of the supporting files that would allow me to post or edit the page.

I ended up having to hire another company to literally rebuild the entire site based on the design pictures I provided.

I am currently involved in a litigation process with "Getty Images" because some of the graphics Jason used were copyrighted by them.

I have had to take my web site down until this issue is resolved.
