Jason Loucks Home Financing Options Fraudulent CC charge Palm Springs Florida

I read an advertisement for a free CD on the radio for Jason Loucks home financing options. All I had to do is pay shipping of $4.77.

I authorized my CC to be charged that amount. When my bank statement came I found that I had been charged the correct amount.

I read that Jason was producing a "Gold membership club" monthly magazine/news letter. Then my account was charged $39.97 without my permission!

I called my bank and stated that there was an unauthorized charge of $39.97 on my statement. They agreed to take it off, only to re charge me a few days later. I called my bank again. They said"you did not reply to our mailing", at which point, I stated that I did not receive any mailings from the bank or a questionair to fill out and return.

I called Jason's office and their office only to have a recording come on. I stated my name, city and said that their charge was wrong and to take it off.

This is criminal and should be stopped.
