We are a local roofing contractor here in Phx Arizona and came in contact with Maclum developments in 2006. We re-roofed a mall in Payson Arizona for them that was over $41k It is now almost 2012 (6 years later) and have yet to be paid by them. Upon attempting to collect our debt we hired an attorney and andrew harrison and his son were nowere to be found. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! At that time our company was very small and due to Maclum developments dishonestly and lack to keep their end of the contract we almost went out of business! They are unproffesional and will rip anyone off in a heart beat!!!! We have also been told that they have several complaints as well as leins against them as a company due to them not paying other contractors they sign contracts with. Ive also seen another rip off report about them done in Texas so it looks like they rip people off and move somewere else to target other victims! Please know Maclum Developments we havent forgotten about you and someday WILL get the money we deserve!!!!

I do Apologize. Me Jason McGregor is not the same person I had mentioned in my report before but i am unable to delete the privious one.
We did in fact do work For Maclum Developments in 2008 and still have yet to be paid. The amount owed is $8,200. We roofed a house for him in Gold Canyon and were not paid for our work and still 6 years later have not been. The problem could easily be solved with payment. Im not sure how a contractor such as Maclum Developments stays in business without paying the contractors he hires to do some of his work. He has not once tried to call us to work out a payment arrangement or given us anything. Rediculous
