Jason Martin from Tin-Ram Roofing Inc is a liar, thief and scandalous scumbag. This man will tell you anything to make a sale. I won an auction for a Porsche sold on ebay sold by him and Tin-Ram Roofing Inc. Description claims car is in excellent condition, no engine light on.

I pay in full via wire transfer next day after auction was won as promised. I ask how much shipping was prior to winning auction and Jason says "You find someone to ship for $450 all day". I called around and cheapest I found was $650. Every shipping company laughed at me when I asked if it should cost $450 to ship.  I explained to Jason that I needed the car right way and that nobody will accept for $450 shipping.

I end up flying out to Fort Worth Texas to meet him and see the car and prepare for the long 1,200 mile drive back to Vegas. First thing I notice is brake light is out. Second thing I notice was the engine light was on. I explained that ebay ad states "No Engine Light On". He then says to me "It wasn't on two weeks ago and it's illegal to sell a car that won't pass smog so don't worry". I asked him if he was going to pay for it to get fixed and he says "Don't worry, show me an invoice of what's wrong and I'll pay for it".

I take it to a Porsche specialist in Vegas. Owner is certified and awarded top 25 Porsche mechanic in the United States. Gentleman is an honest man, does a full inspection of car. He tells me everything that is wrong with the car, opposite of what Jason tell me and what it takes to fix to make it smog legal etc.... I could have gone to the dealership but I sincerely wanted Jason to save money. As soon as I send him quote Jason acts bipolar on me, begins to curse at me and yell stating that invoice is overpriced, owner is shady and doesn't know anything about Porsches. He tells me to call Porsche to find out how much parts would cost through them. When he doesn't think I will do it, he cancels request and says he will look part #'s up online himself. I tell him to have his prior mechanic quote him a price for repairs so he can compare to make it fair, he agrees and I get nothing back.

Long story short, after arguing for over four days, Jason and I come to terms to settle. Jason agrees to pay $650 out of the $1,800 quote, I would remove negative feedback from ebay, Jason would send money via PayPal and we would call it a day.
Jason sends money but it states wont go through for another 3-6 business days.

As days go by, Jason Martin has the nerve to call eBay and state that I did not pay for the car in order to have negative feedback removed. Jason Martin from Tin-Ram Roofinc Inc's ebay account is: jtminvestments . I have the car in possession, pink slip in hand and because he never marked car as "Paid", he claims that I never paid for car and ebay removes account, Jason Martin cancels PayPal and leaves me now with a car that will not pass smog.

I have a paper trail stating that all he agreed upon and yet he still decides to screw me. Jason Martin is a used car salesman at it's finest. This guy is a fly by night wannabe business owner who will say anything to make a sale. He will tell you one thing, promise you another and as soon as he can pull one over on you, he will. He has no shame in his game.

I would not trust Jason Martin with any car, Tin-Ram Roofing or any other fictitious business that he owns.

The actual scam artist

AUTHOR: Jason Martin - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, August 17, 2017

The actual scam artist in this case is another man named Jason that owns Silverstone Auto Group Silverstoneautogroup.com. He was the one who purchased the car from me and resold it on ebay with deception. You can call him at 915-929-5133 and get his take. I will be including him in my defamation case against everyone here that supported this initial report

I did not sell this car to this person

AUTHOR: Jason Martin - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, August 17, 2017

I did not sell the car ro this person. I've never met him. I sold the car to a wholesaler in Dallas for $11,000. That person apparently then Ebayed the car to this person. I fully disclosed all problems to the buyer I sold the car to. I never settled any claim with this person. I never discussed any repairs with him it was the wholesaler who did the scamming not me. I've been scammed and I hate that feeling. I'd never do that to anyone. What's worse is being slandered and they even used my picture for something I did not do. I will be seeking damages for slander against this individual and Ripoff Report for not contacting me when this was posted.

Very Sincerely

Jason Martin

Totally wrong

AUTHOR: Jason - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, August 17, 2017

I am Jason Martin and I did at one time own this Porsche. However, as this liar insists we met, I've never had any contact with this person regarding selling this car because I did not sell him the car. I sold the car to a local wholesaler in Dallas and I fully disclosed the problems with the car, including a bad fuel tank pressure sensor. The price I sold it for was $11,000 and met him at the Porsche dealership in Dallas where he took possession of the car.

Later I received a demand letter stating I mislead him but how could I have done so since I never had any communication with him before he bought the car from another person. This is defamation and this man will be sued as such if this does not come down. A tip to the idiot who bought the car from the scam artist wholesaler who sold illegally it on ebay (because he did not transfer the title to himself in an effort to avoid paying sales tax). Don't buy a car you don't look at first. There are many pre-purchase inspection companies like Lemon Buster. I have never sold a car on ebay. I never failed to disclose these problems. What the wholesaler that sold the car did is reprehensible but it wasn't me. It's infuriating that all someone has to do is make up a story and post on a site like this and slander someone. I was just notified of this being out there today and this happened a while back and since I was found completely without fault by BBB regarding this fool's calim I thought this was resolved. I also had a conversation with the BBB and responded to this idiot's complaint and was found to be of no fault. This idiot needs to remove this or suffer real consequences that come from a slander suit. Act right idiot and remove this slander
