Bruce Gelerter requested our brochure on 4-13-09. We spoke on the phone many times.

I answered all his questions about our casino package, showed him our samples and went over the service agreement pointing out the No Refunds policy.

On 9-8-09 he purchased 2 casino sites. 5 months after our initial conversations.

He explained he was short on money and needed a payment plan. We gave him a 500.00 discount off the second site and a 90 day pay plan on the balance. My staff began to work with him on the marketing starting the day he put down his deposit. We require a 50% deposit but with this client we received only a 1000.00 deposit as we trusted him and thought he would be a long term client which is what he expressed.

He used domains he already had purchased.

As we attpemted to charge him the balance we found his card was cancelled and he attempted to charge back the money he had given us. Out of the 11,500.00 he owed us and signed an agreement to pay we collected 3500.00 leaving an outstanding balance of 8000.00. Does he pay his bill? No he goes to ripoffreport and files a complaint that we are a bad company. Bruce is an American citizen. Does he live in the US? No he lives in South America selling tax evasion services to US companies.

Not only is he good at tax evasion, hes pretty good at not paying his bills.

I too have dealt with Jay servidio and his ban of merry thieves. You will never see your money again. I would recommend that you go the the adult industry boards and tell your story so others do not follow in your foot steps.
he ripped us for 7000.00 and never delivered the product. One thing we did do, is go to his site with full samples and our tech managed to download the sample sites as full web sites without content. Now we run those sites after months of hard work to design them correctly. I guess he wasn't smart enough to cover his product.

So Jay, thanks for the free designs, although the designs you were trying to sell were the designs you sold us and never delivered.
Jay, I am going to pass on the additional sites we downloaded to others that would like to take from you and there is nothing you can do about it.

They are also running a new site to rip off unsuspecting customers. The name is Porn design. net.

Also, on another note, you may want to read through all the complaints on here. I and others have given plenty of contact info to included who to report them to in CT and NY.
