NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY OR YOU ARE SETTING YOURSELF FOR A MAJOR TIME RIP-OFF. HE WILL APPEAR TO YOU AS THE NICEST, SWEETEST GUY THAT IS TILL HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOU SEE HIM AS NASTY, ABUSIVE (ON THE PHONE AND IN EMAILS) AND YES A GUY WITH AN IQ OF A ROOM TEMPRATURE.
I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION AND HAVE MY BANK REVERSE THE PAYMENT MADE TO HIM BUT EVEN AT THAT, JAY STILL IS RIPPING ME OFF FOR ABOUT $1500.00 FOR A SERVICE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED AND HAVE NO HOPE OF EVER RECEIVING.
HE CLAIMS TO HAVE A POLICY THAT HIS COMPANY, OR THE THE SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANY THAT HE REPRESENTS - OFFER NO REFUNDS. IS THIS A JOKE?? hE IS PROBABLY THE FIRST PERSON THAT CAN CLAIM THAT HE OFFERS NO REFUNDS AND HIS VICTIMS ARE FOOLED IN TO THINKING AN DBY THE WAY HE COMES ACROSS THAT IT MAY BE TRUE. LET ME ASSURE THAT IT IS NOT TRUE. IF YOU CAN JUST STAND UP TO HIM - YOU CAN PUT HIM IN HIS PLACE.
I AM IN A PROCESS RIGHT NOW TO RECOVER MY BALANCE OF $1500.00 BY SUING HIM IN A SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY, MA.
I AM ACTUALLY SURPRISED AS TO HOW OR WHY JAY OF TELETERIA HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO STAY IN BUSINESS BY THE AUTHORITIES LIKE FBI AND ATTY GENERAL. JAY HAS TO BE MADE TO STOP CHEATING PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY IN A FALSE PRETENSE OF INTERNET RICHES.

According to this guy, everyone has failed, everyone is doing him wrong and the list of excuises goes on and on.
So tell me servidio, how could people fail if you never delivered product? I beoieve that is called fraud and you have done this to several persons.
HERE IS THE HEADS UP!!!!
The president signed or is going to sign a bill to make internet gambling illegal in the US. This means you can throw your money away to someone who lies through their ugly flipping face or you can do research.
Oh, now dont get me wrong, you can own a site, but you can not operate it within the boundries of US soil which means if you do buy a site from this scamming company, you will end up with the same usless garbage if you bought one of their flash inducing, pukeing adult sites.
If anyone knows of this company selling a casino site, you need to contact the authorities and the Attorney General of the United States.
THE ONLY LOSER IS JAY SERVIDIO AND HIS BAND OF MERRY MORONS.
REPORT HIM TO ALL AUTHORITIES.

Ken Atri requested our brochure and signed a contract to build him a casino site.
When the site was done he charged back his credit card and stole the site. I turned his folder over to our attorney and they are pursuing him.
We gave him exactly what he wanted and he had no reason whatsoever to post here on this site.
Below is a copy of his email with authorization.
