Also when you call into the Jayco number which is 874-825-5861 you will be directed to customer service concerning warranties and  problems,in my opinion ask that you do not talk to John Caulk or Cope or any John with a last name staring with a c. He is my opinion and uncaring individual and he doesn't care what he tells you, it seemed to me that he didn't care to listen to my complaints,was not knowledgeable about the product,offered ridiculous and really unrealistic answers to my problems. I got the impression he was there only to say you are out of you warranty,nothing I can do good bye and he also gave off an impression to me of  superiority and that he enjoyed causing me distress,so please do you research on a company that withholds info for upper management and only provides info to uncaring hourly paid workers like John C. Thank you one other thing I would like to add my Jayco trailer still has about $20,000 owed on but the blue book depreciation shows it is only worth $9000 in good condition,it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see there is something wrong with this scenario and I was told my a reliable source it was because it was a Jayco Feather Lite and doesn't hold any value which would explain the short warranty when being hood winked in to buying you dream vacation and relaxation vehicle  BUYERS BEWARE IN MY OPINION JAYCO IS NO BETTER THAN A SNAKE OIL SALES COMPANY,and if I have black mold in my 4 year old trailer and my family is at risk,yours could be also
