JAYCO INC WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS EVEN INSIDE MIDDLEBURY, Indiana

Jayco's 2 year warranty not worth the paper it's written on. After owning a new 2010 Jayco Eagle travel trailer for 19 mths we noticed delamination on the front cap. Called Jayco for an authorized repair dealership & was sent to North Trail RV in Fort Myers FL, 120 miles away. They kept for 3 mths to fix & replace front cap and new roof, we went to pick up trailer and found left-side wall delamination. Called Jayco they stated authorization should not have been given at a local level for that type of repair. While waiting for Jayco to pick up trailer and take back to Indiana, we had rain and found the new roof leaking excessively at tv antenna and front inside left wall, completely soaked. Close to another 2 mths without trailer & it came back with some of the same problems and even more, the list is long. The main problem is water leaking in front is still there.  Without use of our trailer for over 6 months and so we decided to move on.  We asked Jayco if they would help us buy another Jayco product (which would be our 3rd one) and discount it.  Their response was that our trailer is now 2 1/2 years old and they don't do buy backs or give discounts.  We have been trying to resolve this for one year and all Jayco is willing to extend is a $2,000 towards a new unit.   Will not be buying another Jayco.  Problems are expected with older rvs but did not expect this from a new one, nor such faulty repairs and workmanship.  Much more to story.  Feel free to ask on email.  We will not be buying another Jayco.
