JB HUNT put wrong info on my dac report. I,ll tell you what happen.
On october26,2007 i had an acccident. I was driving thruogh kernerville and took a drink of spirit.And started choking on my drink and almost blacked out.
I got the truck off the road without hitting anyone.BUT HIT A GUARDRAIL AND LANDED in a ditch. i caused damage to the right side of the truck.
the police officer cited me for wreckless driving and speeding.all charges were dropped in court on june5,2008. but be cause of what they put on my dac report .i can't find another job.
And i don't have the money too fight them in court.i did not hurt anyone or did i hit another car.i feel they did this because i was hired by celadon.but now i can't drive for them either.

What wrong information did they put on your DAC report exactly? I suppose it's a DOT reportable/preventable accident? And why exactly is that wrong information?
And besides that, wouldn't having a ticket for reckless driving be enough to be disqualified from working with many carriers...?
