NEVER SEND OR WIRE MONEY TO JD CLOSEOUTS, WHEN YOU WIRE VIA YOUR BANK OR ANY BANK IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO COURT MOST LIKELY IN FLORIDA HIRE A LAWYER AND SUE THIS COMPANY TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY, PAYING BY CREDITCARD IS MUCH SAFER BECAUSE YOU CAN DISPUTE THIS CHARGE IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. JD CLOSEOUTS AND CLOSEOUTSWORLD ARE THE SAME CROOKS AND THEY USE THE SAME ADDRESS.


BACK IN FEBRUARY 23,2010  I HAVE RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM CLOSEOUTSWORLD.COM THE INVOICE INSTRUCTED ME TO SEND MONEY TO JD CLOSEOUTS BANK ATLANTIC IN SUNRISE, FLORIDA , MY SALES REP WAS A WOMEN NAME: GALE , INVOICE #7954212 FOR 250 PAIRS OF BRAND NAME SNEAKERS PRICED AT $14.99 WITH A SHIPPING PRICE OF $495.00 FROM FLORIDA TO NEW JERSEY, TOTAL COST: 4,242.50. TODAY IS MAY 12 ,2010 ALMOST 3 MONTH LATER MY ORDER NEVER RECEIVED AND I'M FIGHTING THESE CROOKS AT JD CLOSEOUTS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. CLOSEOUTSWORLD HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE AND ANSWER EMAILS ONCE A WEEK OR DO NOT ANSWER AT ALL ONCE THEY GET YOU MONEY. AFTER NOT RECEIVING MY ORDER FOR 3 WEEKS I HAVE BEGAN TO WORRY AND EMAIL THIS WOMEN: GALE NUMEROUS TIMES, BUT I CAN HARDLY GET ANY STRAIT ANSWER FROM HER, SO I TOOK A DIFFERENT APPROACH BECAUSE I WAS STARTING TO GET VERY PISSED AND TOLD HER I WILL WRITE A REVIEW ON EVERY SITE LIKE RIPOFFREPORT.COM ABOUT HER AND HER COMPANY, FINALLY SHE GIVES ME A PHONE # OF COMPANYS SHIPPING BROKER AND WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM I WAS TOLD THAT MY SHIPMENT IS CONSIDERED TO BE LOST AND I HAVE TO WAIT 1 WEEK TO FIND OUT UNTIL THE SHIPPING COMPANY CONFIRMS IT, AFTER 1 WEEK OF WAITING I CALLED THE SHIPPING BROKER AGAIN AND HE CONFIRMED THAT MY SHIPPMENT HAS BEEN LOST AND HE ADVICED CLOSEOUTSWORLD TO FILE A CLAIM  WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY WHICH IS NEW INGLAND MOTOR FREIGHT. RIGHT AWAY I HAVE EMAILED MY SALES REP: GALE AND ASKED FOR A REFUND, ALL SHE DID FOR ME IS STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS AT ALL, THAT IS WHY I'M WARNING YOU ALL ABOUT THIS COMPANY ONCE YOU SEND THEM MONEY THEY NO LONGER CARE ABOUT YOU ANYMORE, BEWARE AND DON'T GET FOOLED LIKE I DID, THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME NIGHTMARE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SO NOW I DECIDED TO CALL JD CLOSEOUTS SINCE MY MONEY WENT TO THERE BANK ACCOUNT, I GOT CONNECTED TO A MANAGER WHO WAS A WOMEN WITH A HEAVY JEWISH OR ARABIC ACCENT, HER ENGLISH WAS BAD I'M ASSUMING SHE IS ONE OF THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY THAT IS MY SHE IS CALLED A MANAGER, DID NOT GIVE ME HER NAME, I TOLD HER THE STORY AND MY INVOICE #7954212, THEY KNEW ABOUT ME ALREADY AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL FILE A CLAIM RIGHT AWAY WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND THIS WOMEN TELL ME WORDS LIKE "DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY" RIGHT THERE I KNEW I'M DEALING WITH UNPROFESSIONALS COMPANY WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH, I WAS VERY PISSED OFF AT THEM AND ASKED FOR A REFUND AND TOLD THEM I WILL SUE THEM, BUT SHE KEPT REASSURING ME THAT I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK AFER 30 DAYS OF FILING A CLAIM, SO I HAVE DECIDED TO WAIT BUT CALLED THEM A WEEK LATER TO MAKE SURE THEY FILE A CLAIM, I WAS CONECTED TO A MALE MANAGER WHO ALSO HAD HEAVY JEWISH OR ARABIC ACCENT AND HE TELLS ME THAT THEY ARE SENDING MY CLAIM TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY TODAY, THIS GUY ALSO KEPT REASSURING ME THAT IS WILL GET MY MONEY BACK IN 30 DAY, SO I HAVE DECIDED TO WAIT AND CALLED THEM AFTER 30 DAY AND I GOT TO SPEAK TO THE SAME MALE MANAGER AND AKED HIM FOR REFUND MY MONEY IN THE AMOUNT OF 4,242.50 AND THE GUY TELLS ME THE HE DOEN'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY ON HIM RIGHT NOW AND ASKED ME TO WAIT MORE, THIS COMPANY HAS A HUGE WEARHOUSE IN HOLLYWOOD,FL ; ANOTHER HUGE ONE IN NEW BRITAIN, CT  AND ANOTHER ONE IN ATLANTA, GA THAT IS A TOTAL OF 3 BIG WEARHOUSES AND THESE CROOKS SAY THEY DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY TO REFUND, SO THAN I JUST HANG UP ON THIS GUY BECAUSE HE WAS JUST JERKING ME AROUNG ALL THIS TIME AND AT THAT POINT I FELT LIKE BRAKING HIS LEGS AND SEND HIM BACK TO HIS COUNTRY IN PIECES. SO I WENT TO A LAWYER IN NEW JERSEY AND HE TOLD ME THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO GO TO FLORIDA HIRE A LAYWER AND SUE THESE CROOKS IN FL.


THIS IS A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND I ADVICE YOU NOT TO DEAL WITH JD CLOSEOUTS OR CLOSEOUTSWORLD AND NEVER SEND ANY COMPANY A WIRE TRANSFER, DO SOME RESEARCH AND READ ALL PEOPLES COMPLAINS AND REPORTS ABOUT A COMPANY THAT YOU ARE PLANING TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

I HAVE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AND MY BANK STATEMENT WHICH STATES THAT I HAVE WIRED MONEY TO JD CLOSEOUTS BACK IN FEBRUARY IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,242.50, IF ANY ONE WANTS TO SEE IT I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO FAX  OR EMAIL YOU A COPY, AS YOU CAN SEE THESE PEOPLE ARE PLAYING GAMES WITH ME AND THEY ARE TAKING THERE SWEET TIME, I PLACED MY ORDER BACK IN FEBRUARY AND NOW IS JUNE THAT IS ALMOST 3.5 MONTHS LATER NO SHIPMENT AND NO REFUND, AS FOR THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IT'S SIMPLY "WORST OF THE WORST", BECAUSE IN THE PERIOD OF 3.5 MONTH THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED ME ONCE TO UPDATE ME ON WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHEN I'M GOING TO GET MY MONEY  BACK, I HAD TO CALL THEM AND SQUEESE INFO OUT OF THEM MANY TIMES, THEY SIMPLY ACT LIKE THEY DO NOT CARE, ALWAYS LIEING TO ME ALL THE TIME AND NOT IN A REAL RUSH TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM, THESE CROOKS THINK THEY CAN KEEP MY MONEY, BUT I'M PLANNING TO TAKE A TRIP TO FLORIDA SOON, SO I CAN END THE LIES AND GAMES AND TIME STALLING AND GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY CAN AFFORD TO SIT AROUND PICK THERE NOSE IN THE OFFICE AND TAKE THERE SWEET TIME AFTER ALL THEY GOT 3-4 WEARHOUSES, THEY THINK THEY CAN SCAM FEW CUSTOMERS ONCE IN A WHILE. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SEND ME ANYTHING AND IT HAS BEEN 3.5 MONTH WITH OUT ANYONE FROM THERE OFFICE CALLING ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, THIS CLEARLY SHOWS YOU HOW MUCH THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND HOW FAST THEY WORK WHEN IT COMES TO RESOLVING A PROBLEM.

There is nothing here that was done wrong with our client. As the client claims, he purchased from Closeouts World sneakers and with shipping came to about $4,200. The merchandise was shipped, as the tracking information was given to the client. As does happen sometimes, the pallet was lost. This was verified with the shipping company and with the shipping broker involved as well. A claim was immidiately done on behalf of the client with the shipping company. We are not crooks and to slander Gale's name, a sweet young lady that works hard with clients from Closeouts World, a branch of JD Closeouts, is horrible. Gale works very hard to help clients out and for this client to slander her name on the Internet just because he is angry about the situation is beyond wrong.

It is a shame how our client focuses on our diverse group of people here in the office, referring to a woman with a heavy jewish or arabic accent and then a man with a heavy jewish or arabic accent. Then he claims that he would send him back to his country and break his legs. What type of a person talks about people like that? I undersrtand that you are upset, but regardless, do not insult people. We have helped this client with his claim and will help him all the way until he gets his merchandise or money back.

No one in the company has told him that we will not assist him and get what he should receive. He claims that we are crooks, but we never stopped helping him.

By the way, by putting on the Internet that you will break the person's legs that you spoke to, you are showing your anger, but not understanding that we are helping.

By the way, come visit our warehouse and see for yourself who we are and what we sell. Our clients are always invited to see our warehouse and meet us in person.
