JD Closeouts Ripped off a pet rescue trying to start a store to save animals Internet

I ordered three pallets of pet supplies, with the total coming to a little over $3000.00. First, my sales rep asked if they could combine the three into one and I said no, then I couldn't get ahold of her anymore. When my supplies came, it was not quality pet supplies, it was 2000 cheap cat toys ($0.50 a piece, if I'm lucky) a lot of cheap leashes, and by cheap, I have never seen such poor quality, some cow hooves (high end retail is $0.89) and about 30 nice bowls I can sell for 3.50 to 4.00. No collars, kennels or vitamins. Not even good enough to sell at walmart, like they advertised. 2800 pieces of JUNK.
And since I said they couldn't combine it into one pallet, they took apart all the bowls and put them upside down and filled each box less than 1/2 way and only a couple lbs. I even found 3 EMPTY boxes!
I run a horse, dog and cat rescue and this stuff was going to fund our food and vet care by selling it in our shop. Now I just have a $3000 loan and I can maybe recover $1000 if I'm lucky.
So much for my nice new pallets of mixed pet supplies. That lesson cost me a lot. I really hope they get a lesson in ripping people off. It is not right.
