Good to hear some word from David. I wonder why he is hidden closeout world? He says this is not his company and the people who run that company is hidden in his office that he doesn;t see them? It is shame David. I have all the invoices that has the same address and the same telephone number that matches your JD closeout. I wanted to download the invoice and all correspondences sent between us and share with all readers but I don't know how to download. I strongly request Ripoff company to guide me on 'how to download" the documents, so that the fake business revealed and brought to justice. David, Gale, Sophia and another women that doesn't introduce her are the group that run both the mentioned businesses and ripoff the people. Never do business with them and will reveal their dishonesty to the business communities.

First of all, our client is referring to another Closeouts Company that is not our company. His invoice does not come from JD Closeouts at all and JD Closeouts did not sell the merchandise to the client. After discussing the situation with the othe rcompany, their client did purchase merchandise from them that was sold as closeouts, NOT WHOLESALE. The client well understood that it was leftovers from the department store and the fact is that when the department stores have closeouts, they send what they have. The closeouts companies are not in control of this.

The other company tried to assist their client and sell the merchandise for them, even advertised the product for them, but no one was interested. No one stole from this client. No one took anything from him. His invoice says "Clothing", not dresses and tops. They did their best to help the client. They wanted to ship the merchandise to their warehouse and sell it dozen by dozen for the client, but the shipping was cross country and was way too much.

In the closeouts industry, many times the company itself doesnt know what is being sent, since we send merchandise at times directly from the department store distribution centers and never see the merchandise. This saves on the shipping for the client.

We are sorry for what happened and the other company is sorry as well. If a client has any doubt about merchandise in any closeout company, come to visit the warehouse.
